Yes! Your documents are still stored in QuickBooks on your computer, nothing about that changes when you use Levion. The Levion Connector mirrors all your modifications from QuickBooks into Levion and any changes in Levion back to QuickBooks.
The documents from Levion will still be available in QuickBooks: you will not lose any QuickBooks information if you stop using Levion. You will no longer be able to access Levion's enhanced features, such as notes or tasks.
The Levion Connector is only installed on one Windows computer with QuickBooks for Windows. The Levion Connector connects to the Levion servers and makes your documents available to all your web-enabled devices.
Levion is constantly being improved, but it does not have this functionality yet. We are working on adding this feature, and much more.

The Levion Connector will mirror your documents with our system; the time varies depending on the number of documents you have in QuickBooks. For some clients, the initial mirroring process has taken as long as a couple of hours, but if you've just started using QuickBooks, it should only take a few minutes. Once the initial process is complete, future documents will be mirrored quickly.
Not at all, we designed the client so that it would be very easy to install. The process is fully automated.
Any internet-enabled device with a full-featured web browser can access Levion.
At this time, we only support QuickBooks for Windows because Intuit does not provide a good way to plug in to QuickBooks for Mac. You can use a Virtual Machine such as Parallels or VMware Fusion to run QuickBooks for Windows on your Mac.
